The aptitude test for Capgemini is very easy, any1 can cleared with even 0 preparation. there is no any negative marking, its a possitive point & cut off is always high, and there is ample of time available to solve these questions.
20 questions = verbal reasoning
15 questions = quant
15 questions = logical reasoning
total time= 60 minutes
Focus on :-
- Profit and Loss.
- Probability.
- Permutation and combination.
- Ages.
- Time and Work.
2) TECHNICAL ROUND:
introduce yourself and asked some questions on my project.
Then he ask basic questions on Oops concepts like Inheritance, Encapsulation and
in SQL- difference between drop, delete and truncate.
3) HR ROUND:
HR round is just a formality. Just be confidense

If you clear apti, listen carefully PPT and note done in 1 sheet which will help you further seriously.
Next is GD.

They asked us to tell any topic after that they will take from that. Example, I told Indian Companies vs MNC Companies. So they told to speak Private Companies vs Govt Companies. If your supporting to any 1 stick to same don't support both. Just speak don't bother about grammar sentences etc. In GD, from our batch all are selected and over all 50 cleared.
Next technical interview.
basic questions related to branch, ask favourite subject, and so they will ask 4 programs on C language (Print your name, Factorial, Reverse number and triangle pattern to print). I am good in C, so I wrote all programs.
Here 40 cleared.
Next HR round out of 40 30 cleared.

In group discussion wasn't tough as expected. It was alike extempore, and out of 30 students from our batch 24 were selected for 2nd round.
In Aptitude round ,divided by two sections Verbal and Logical. Good news is that no questions from quants is asked. Verbal section consists of 35 questions and logical consists of 20 questions, total of 55 minutes were allotted. It was quite easy.
after result only 800 students cleared this round.
Next day i got a call for technical interview,
Good morning, sir.
Good morning, Wait for a while I'll take a look at your resume.
HR: Being an ECE student why IT profession?
ME: Said good things about CTS.
HR: Tell me something about C as well C++.
ME: Said the differences b/w them and also their merits and demerits.

result were announced 361 students were cleared the test, including me.they have taken the mandatory documents 4 verification(like 10th & 12th semesters marksheets, govt id xerox)and we were asked to fill the employment form.
The interview started nxt day morning.We were taken in a grp of 5..they have marked our positions.im in the 1st position, there were 2 interviewers(HR).we said good morning and took the respective seats.then they said me 2 start the introduction within 1 min, as im in the first position i was asked 2 tell 1st.after that they have given us one topic 2 discuss among ourselves which was more like a GD.our topic was Day-Dreaming.i initiated the discussion & finished also.other peoples are also pointed out their thoughts.then they asked us individually to say Y you want 2 join Accenture in a Single word. I said respect for the individuals.others said,dream company like that.then after the handshake we were asked 2 leave..Rsults came an the evening and only 119 students were selected and luckily my name is there in the list.
Guys Frankly saying they ll not check your technical ability maybe maximum project u have done that's all..they are looking 4 candidates who has good communications skills & who is confident enough to handel stress situations. So be confident, have a friendly smile in your face all the time, and be interactive. You will also get plcd.

Q 1) Rajiv has 3 sons. On the "Happy new year" Rajiv give bonus to his son. He has coin from 1 - 50. He can give any combination to his sons. Now, your task to do one thing: collect the coin and distribute to all the three(3) sons in equal amount. If they get equal amount then print Happy new year otherwise print Sad new year.
Input:
a) 1, 2, 3
output: sad new year
Explanation: we cannot divide the coin.
1st son: 1 => Amount = 1
2nd son: 2 => Amount = 2
3rd son: 3 => Amount = 3
here, the amount is not equally divided to all three(3) sons i.e. 1, 2, 3. So, sad new year
b) 1, 3, 17, 6, 4, 3, 4, 1, 7, 5

It was a referral drive I was referred by an employee of Tech Mahindra.
The interview included four processes which had online Aptitude, reasoning and English, essay writing, technical interview and HR.
The online written was quite easy but a bit lengthy had to manage with time. I would suggest to attend Aptitude first since it was very easy so you could just finish it with 12-15 mins at max. Then go for reasoning for which you need to a bit sharp the level was average and even English is something which needs to be done calmly. You can move to any section at any time and there was no negative marking. Attend every question.
If time does not permit in the last five minutes just go on marking the one you feel is correct even if you are not sure about it. After you submit, you will get the result there itself on the screen and if you clear it you will be redirected to another essay test of 10 mins where you need to write an essay on a given topic that will displayed on your screen within 1200 words. After that there was a technical interview wherein they asked questions from my resume regarding the programming skills SQL database, regarding my flexibility to work on different domains and all. About project also.
HR was also good and amicable. They asked few managerial questions and few from my resume. They said that will be sending a confirmation mail once their entire process gets completed and only if the candidate gets a. 1, 2 or 3 star based on the profile evaluation at Tech Mahindra. Waiting for the result on a positive note.

First of all there was written test 130 questions 80 minutes.
Questions were of average level. The only thing is to manage time and maintain speed with accuracy as there is also the sectional cutoff and overall cutoff is also high.
From about 250 students only 60 cleared the written test.
Next is the essay round which is also a elimination round. Very simple and random topics were given. Mine was "politicians should be educated or not". They just check grammatical mistakes. So please use correct sentences and use good vocab. About 30 students cleared the essay round.
